Shipping Policy
At NGS FARMS, we’re committed to fast, secure, and discreet delivery of your products.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 2–5 business days after shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
We do not ship THCA products to the following states: Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Arkansas, and Vermont.
You must be 21+ years old to purchase and receive any products from NGS FARMS.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and federal compliance regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at ngsfarmshelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll review your claim and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
NGS FARMS reserves the right to deny refund or replacement claims in cases of abuse, missing information, or violations of our policy.
